Parks Art Advisory is a New York based art advisory firm dedicated to building and managing collections of Contemporary Art for both new and seasoned art collectors. Since its inception in 2008, Parks Art Advisory’s mission has been to unite the firm’s scholarship of and access to top works of Contemporary Art with each client’s individual collecting goals. With expertise in all areas of the Contemporary Art market, from works by the established artists of the latter half of the 20th century to those by the emerging artists of the 21st, the firm provides each client with a comprehensive selection of artwork for consideration, advocating on the client’s behalf and allowing the client to make informed decisions throughout the collecting process. In addition, Parks Art Advisory also guides the client through all aspects of collection management, from framing and shipping, to installation and curation, and, when needed, deaccession.

Liz Parks, the founder of Parks Art Advisory, has 25 years of experience in the field of Contemporary Art, having worked for Christie’s auction house, several prominent galleries and private dealer Diane Upright – all in NYC – before launching her own business in 2008. She sits on the boards at both the Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College and at the Association of Professional Art Advisors, a not-for-profit organization of leading art advisors who adhere to the highest standards of practice in their field. Liz is also a founding member of Friends of NADA, a young collector group focusing on the work of the most exciting up-and-coming artists of today. She holds a BA in Art History from Rollins College, and an MA in Arts Administration from NYU.
